The Asthma Foundation of Victoria is a community based, not-for-profit organisation dedicated to helping you manage your asthma all year round.

Anaphylaxis Management Training


An accredited competency based course for persons working in a Children's Service. This training may be funded by the Department of Education and Early Childhood Development to eligible services.

Programs

Asthma Friendly Schools Program

  • Free asthma education sessions available to school staff

All schools invovled in the Asthma Friendly Schools program can receive Free staff Asthma education sessions

  • Asthma Control Packs for parents and carers

These packs are for parents/carers and students with asthma. The pack provides current information on asthma issues, latest care and available devices to better manage the day to day living with asthma. To receive your free pack contact the Asthma Friendly Schools team on   (03) 9326 7088 or email schools@asthma.org.au.



Asthma Friendly Children's Services Program


The Asthma Foundation of Victoria has developed this program to provide a safer environment for children with asthma attending kindergarten, childcare and family day care. It also provides staff the confidence and skills to care for children with asthma.


Asthma Community Support Program


The Asthma Foundation of Victoria assists all people with Asthma and their carers through the provision of information, community seminars, advice through the Telephone HelpLine and the distribution of brochures and information sheets.

Asthma Spacer Ordering System - ASOS

The Asthma Spacer Ordering Systerm (ASOS) is an ordering systerm that will provide Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Healther Services with access to low cost asthma spacers for their clients.
