The Asthma Child and Adolescent (ACAP) Program is a nationally funded program by the Commonwealth Department of Health. ACAP provides school and preschool staff, parents and carers, and students with free evidence based, best practice information regarding asthma and asthma management in the education setting.
FREE one hour asthma education sessions are available to school and children’s services staff throughout Victoria, as well as free asthma management information sessions for school students, parents and carers and others operating in the education and care sector. To organise a free STAFF asthma education session for your school or educational service, please complete the online booking form below or download and print the PDF version here. Alternatively, school staff are also eligible to complete asthma education using our free online package. Please note this does not meet Children Service's regulations as it is not accredited training.

Supported by funding from the Australian Government, Asthma Australia provides free asthma first aid education for staff in school and children services. It is the recommendation of Asthma Australia that all education site staff, teaching and non-teaching, attend asthma first aid education sessions.
