Asthma Flare Ups Worse when Increasing Immunity to Colds

Scientists found that increasing the immunity response to colds, by using such supplements as cold remedies, fortified foods, or other supplements, may cause an increase in flare-ups for asthma sufferers.

These results suggest that decreasing the immune response for asthma sufferers with colds could be more beneficial in reducing asthma-like symptoms.
