Hello Damiel & Debra,
A huge congratulations on your interview. It is very refreshng to hear a child and parent talk about anaphylaxis, as I do with my children. Both of my children are anaphylactic (8yrs-egg, 5yrs - peanut, tree nuts & sesame seeds). Both are very switched on and, like your son, both always carry thier second epipen with them everywhere. It amazes me that many anaphylactic chidren at school do not do this, as they say they have one at school already. But as we know - life is changing and our children need to know they have one with them at all times; what do you/they do if they are asked to go on a play date after school?
Once again, congratulations and well done Daniel, you spoke very well on the radio.
