There will be limited opportunities for planned burning with cool conditions and rain forecast for most of the week.

Planned burning may be carried out in the far south west around Dergholm and in Melbourne’s outer east today. Conditions may be suitable for burns around the Otways and Anakie tomorrow and in the Mallee on Wednesday.

DSE is monitoring fuel conditions across the rest of the state to take advantage of planned burning opportunities as they arise.
